Baked Feta Pasta with Peppers and Onions

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the block of feta cheese in the center of a baking dish.

Surround the feta cheese with cherry tomatoes, sliced bell peppers, and sliced red onion.

Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and feta. Sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the tomatoes are softened and the feta is melted.

While the vegetables and feta are baking, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Remove the baking dish from the oven. Use a fork to gently mash the baked feta and mix it with the roasted vegetables.

Add the cooked pasta to the baking dish and toss to combine with the feta and vegetables.

Chop fresh basil and sprinkle it over the pasta.
