Houmous
Avocado
Iceberg Lettuce
Tomatoes
Red Onions
Cucumber

Toast slices of bread and spread hummus on one side of each slice.

Cut avocado into slices and place on top of hummus on one of the slices of bread.

Layer lettuce, tomato, red onion, and cucumber on top of avocado.

Finish the sandwich by placing the remaining slice of bread on top.

Cut the sandwich into half and serve.
