Vegetarian Sandwich

White Bread Houmous Avocado Iceberg Lettuce Tomatoes Red Onions Cucumber
  • Toast slices of bread and spread hummus on one side of each slice.

  • Cut avocado into slices and place on top of hummus on one of the slices of bread.

  • Layer lettuce, tomato, red onion, and cucumber on top of avocado.

  • Finish the sandwich by placing the remaining slice of bread on top.

  • Cut the sandwich into half and serve.
