Avocado and Egg Toast

Eggs Avocado Sourdough
  • Heat a frying pan on medium. Add the eggs.

  • Cook for 5 minutes or until the egg whites are cooked through.

  • Split the avocado in half, remove the pit and spoon into a bowl.

  • Add salt and pepper to taste and mix with a fork.

  • Toast the bread.

  • Spread the avocado mixture onto the toast.

  • Place two pieces of toast on each plate and top them both with an egg.
