Halloumi Tomatoes Iceberg Lettuce Brown Onion Sweet Chilli Sauce Sourdough
  • Heat a frying pan on medium. Add the Halloumi.

  • Cook for 3 minutes on each side.

  • Toast the sourdough

  • Slice the onion and tomato

  • Toast the bread.

  • Spread the avocado mixture onto the toast.

  • Make the sandwich by placing slices of tomato on one slice of toast, add lettuce, add slices of onion. Add the halloumi, drizzle over the sweet chili sauce, and top with the other slice of bread.
