Honey Soy Udon Noodles

Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, honey, and sugar until well combined. Set aside.

Heat a large pan over medium heat and add a bit of oil. Sauté the minced garlic and sliced onion until translucent.

Add the sliced carrots and mangetout to the pan, cooking until they are just tender.

Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan, along with the soy sauce mixture. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, ensuring the noodles are well coated and heated through.
