Egg Noodles with Green Beans and Peanuts

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic to create the sauce.

Heat a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add a bit of oil and sauté the sliced onion and pepper until slightly softened.

Add the green beans and continue to stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until they are tender but still crisp.

Add the cooked egg noodles and the soy-honey sauce to the pan. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, ensuring the noodles are well coated and heated through.
